 The aim of our service is and always has been to work with small and medium sized businesses of all types, including schools, to support them in the efficient and effective running of their company.  We provide a professional, high quality and confidential Human Resources service that is readily available and tailored to your own individual needs.

The service is provided by me – Jo Blair – with more than 22 years of experience in providing HR advice, support and guidance predominantly to schools but also other businesses in the public and private sector. I am CIPD qualified and I possess a broad range of skills. With my links to other local HR and legal professionals, I provide an HR service which is personalised to the needs and requirements of your individual school or business. I pride myself in being professional and pragmatic – providing an approachable, honest, confidential and fully indemnified service. My aim is always to provide a solution, with minimum fuss and staying within legal frameworks.

Initial advice within 2 days of request, either by telephone or email. Follow ups in a timely manner and in line with procedures if appropriate

HR advice on recruitment and selection asrequired including legislation and policies in respect of equal opportunities and safer recruitment guidance

General

I am able to process your DBS checks for you through a local registered body. There will be an administrative charge of £10.00 on top of the actual cost of the check
